Terms of Service

Last updated: November 4, 2026 · Version 1.0

1. Who we are

Brand Skyline (the "Service") is operated by Maria Petaccia, registered at Via Dante Alighieri 40, 65012 Cepagatti (PE), Italy, VAT number IT01266130689, email [email protected] (the "Operator").

2. What Brand Skyline is

Brand Skyline is a virtual 3D city, available at brandskyline.com, where businesses and individuals buy a display space (a "Lot") to show their name, slogan, colours, link and the visual elements offered by the Service.

A Lot is a digital advertising space. It is not real estate, land, a cryptocurrency, a security or an investment, and it carries no right to returns or to a refund on resale.

3. Accounts

4. Purchases and prices

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, this right is lost once the consumer expressly asks for immediate supply and acknowledges losing it. At checkout the buyer asks for the Lot to go live at once and acknowledges that, once it is live, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. Buyers acting for a business have no right of withdrawal.

6. What may be shown on a Lot

The buyer is responsible for the name, slogan, colours and link they publish and confirms they have the right to use them. Content is not allowed if it is:

The Operator may, after a report or on its own initiative, ask for changes, hide content or suspend a Lot that breaks these rules. In serious cases the Lot may be withdrawn without a refund.

7. Availability

The Operator works to keep the Service running but does not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Look, city layout, 3D models and features may change over time; each Lot keeps its position, size and what was bought for it.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the Operator is not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or expected advertising results. Total liability to a user is limited to the amount they paid in the last 12 months. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Closing the Service

If the Service closes for good, users will be told at least 30 days in advance. No refund is due for Lots that were visible until closure, except where the law requires otherwise.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated. Significant changes will be announced by email or on the site at least 15 days in advance and do not apply to purchases already made.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence; otherwise the courts of Pescara have jurisdiction. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

12. Contact
